Chris Lieu
PRESIDENT
Christopher Lieu is the operations officer at Libertas Home. As operations officer, Christopher develops and oversees the internal plans, operations, and procedures of Libertas Home that ensure Libertas Home delivers in its promise to serve and protect victims of sex trafficking.
As a certified Project Management Professional with over five years of project management experience, Christopher now uses the skills he has learned towards leading Libertas Home’s operations.

Adam Chen
SECRETARY
Adam Chen is a federal civilian working for the United States Department of Defense and serves as a traditional reservist in the New Jersey Air National Guard. As a veteran of the United States Air Force, Adam has served the community in contingent and humanitarian missions, including relief efforts in Puerto Rico from Hurricane Irma and Operation Inherent Resolve.
Living by the Air Force core values of Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence in All We Do, Adam strives to support the local community by fighting human trafficking. He enjoys spending time traveling to new countries and learning about new cultures.

Matthew Veilleux
TREASURER
Matt Veilleux is a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia who is passionate about serving others. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 2017 with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. Matt is involved in civil rights activism and is a member of a local church. In his free time, he enjoys reading and listening to podcasts.

Prisca Bejjani
Member
Prisca Bejjani is a bilingual graduate of Regent University who has supported anti-trafficking organizations and researched trafficking trends for over ten years. Upon moving to Northern Virginia, she found that there was a need for a safe home for survivors. She and the other board members began the work of Libertas Home in 2020. Prisca enjoys painting, reading, and writing children's books in her spare time.
