The Programs team drives our mission both in the community and online. Program team members are responsible for creating curriculum on trafficking prevention, teaching classes, and engaging with the community in program endeavors.

The Technology and IT Infrastructure team runs the IT services across Libertas Home. It acts as the tech backbone for ensuring availability of internal and external communications (email, chat, video), data storage, and internal process automation. Our team also develops and executes IT policies and builds and maintains the organization’s internal and external websites.

The Outreach team is in charge of creating and maintaining relationships with governmental, non-governmental agencies, and other nonprofit organizations. We believe that we work best when we work together, whether it is for sharing awareness, networking, or partnership, all with the goal to end trafficking. Some members of the outreach team may also do legal advocacy in regard to anti-trafficking laws.

The Development Committee is a strategic leadership committee that creates strategic plans, sets long term goals, and checks overall organizational progress. Development Committee members meet once a month to track progress, analyze areas in which we need to grow, and lay out check points for action items.

The Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and support for our mission and activities through various communication channels. Members collaborate to create compelling campaigns, events, and materials that communicate impact and attract supporters and volunteers.

The Fundraising team is responsible for finding and pursuing various sources of funds to support our mission. Our team works on fundraising events, connects with donors, and shares about our work with businesses. The Fundraising team enables our programs to run smoothly and enables us to make money to open a safe home.
